We’ve defined five core values that are foundational to CFC. They define who we are, how we work with others, and how we serve our clients.

Being honest, ethical, and trustworthy, and working together as a single unit, helping us be the best and strongest team we can be
Treating each other as equals, valuing our diversity, and promoting social responsibility and environmental stewardship
Promoting continuous improvement in what we stand for and how we work, and evolving our culture to support our common goals
Showing intensity and drive in everything we do, supporting teamwork, taking ownership, striving for quality, and insisting on safety
We’ve also identified eight guiding principles. These shared principles help us to support our core values.
