The Mint Town Center in Stapleton is the sixth multifamily project CFC has undertaken with Forest City Stapleton (now Brookfield Properties). The project consists of two buildings, the frst of which is fve stories with commercial space at ground level and four stories of residential space above. The second building is four stories of residential space only. A five-story parking structure connects the two buildings and provides 545 spaces. The buildings are constructed of both slab-on-grade and concrete podium foundations with wood frame construction above. The units include studio, one, two and three-bedroom foor plans. Residents will enjoy two courtyards and a swimming pool that consists of lap lanes and a sun deck.
