The Alcott is a 12-story residential apartment building with 248 units, a parking garage and residential amenity space. It is a three-story concrete podium parking structure of type I-A construction with nine floors of living units constructed with Prescient framing system (Type IIA). The Alcott was the first pre-skinned Prescient project in the U.S.
The Alcott offers a combination of one and two-bedroom units on each floor. Amenities include a leasing center with a business center and conference room, and a fitness area on the 1st level.
