Our client represents a cutting-edge automated robotic warehouse, fulfillment, and distribution facility tailored for our client’s operations. Spanning approximately 304,000 square feet of Tenant Improvement space, the project encompasses intricate electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications infrastructure, alongside new office and support areas. This project necessitates meticulous planning and coordination with the client’s robotics, conveyor, material handling, and racking vendors, all integrated seamlessly into the construction phases to ensure timely system completion. With a contract value of $21,123,823, the project is slated for early completion in Q4 2024 and is supported by a dedicated CFC administrative staff of five. Notably, this project marks a repeat engagement with the Big D family and serves as CFC’s first venture in Colorado.
