Civic Lofts is a 14-story, 176 unit apartment building in the heart of the Golden Triangle neighborhood in downtown Denver. The building consists of 176 residential units, 1,600 sf of retail space, a fitness center, leasing office, and over 2,000 sf of rooftop amenity space.
The building itself is constructed of a six-story cast-in-place parking garage, podium level, and eight stories of Prescient framing system above that. The exterior of the first floor will be storefront, metal panel and cedar siding. The garage will be hidden with three different types of aluminum wall screening and architectural plaster. The upper stories are enclosed with a combination of EIFS, metal panel, brick masonry and aluminum rail balconies.
