What Laura Values Most About Working at CFC
Laura loves the variety she finds in her day-to-day work. “The work is challenging, and no two days are the same,” she explains. “And my work has impact here.” Since CFC is a highly transparent, communication-focused organization in which supportive, open feedback is encouraged, people at all levels of the organization have the capacity to improve how work gets done.
A fourth-generation Colorado native born in Arvada, Laura loves that Colorado offers up the best of all worlds: mountains, cities, culture, and everything in between. In her free time, you’ll often find her gardening or taking her dogs — a Scottie and a Brussels Griffon — on adventures.
