CFC Connects with Students and Graduates at CSU Career Fair
Quality construction starts with bringing together strong teams of quality builders. That’s exactly why CFC Construction regularly participates in the Colorado State University (CSU) Career Fair, connecting with CSU students and alumni to develop the next generation of talented, team-oriented, quality-focused builders. CFC VP of Operations Steve D’Aragon and Project Managers Adam Rhyne and Alex Pacheco (pictured L to R) were proud to represent CFC at the fall CSU Career Fair held on CSU’s Fort Collins campus on September 23 and 25, 2024.
The CSU Career Fair is always an excellent way for us to showcase our brand and gain interest from potential employees and interns. We’re able to directly interact with students and recent grads to assess their skills, ambitions, and fit with our company culture and workforce needs. We also talk with current students about long-term career paths, future employment opportunities, and upcoming internships, fostering relationships that strengthen our longer-term talent pipeline.
For CSU students and alumni, the bi-annual career fair serves as a valuable platform to explore different industries and career options, to network, and to potentially secure jobs or internships. The students we speak with ask questions about CFC’s projects, values, culture, and growth opportunities, enabling them to assess whether CFC is a good match for their goals.
CFC’s ongoing success is built by the incredible teams who show up each day to our work sites and corporate office. Through teamwork, honesty, integrity, respect, passion, and a dynamic culture focused on continual improvement, we make a difference for our clients and communities each and every day.
