The Steamboat Grand is a first class resort built at the base of the Steamboat Springs ski area. The project consists of 6,620 sf of retail space, 174 individual condominium units and 8 penthouse units. The upscale lobby contains water features, a granite staircase, and a 24-foot fireplace. The main floor also showcases a grand ballroom and several conference rooms.
The structure is reinforced concrete with post-tensioned slabs that have a floorplate area of approximately 50,000 SF per floor. The exterior contains punched residential windows in an EIFS exterior wall. The roof is a cold roof system with prefinished metal shingles.
